Located in Kleve HT Wohnbau GmbH was founded in 1995 by architect Heinrich Thelosen and his son Tim Thelosen. In 1999 the company was expanding to the island of Fehmarn. As a family-owned business HT Wohnbau GmbH passionately focus on estate and property for four generations.
Heinrich Thelosen:
“It is our intension to create continuous high quality in sustainability and economically ways at special locations.” This principle has been valid for every realized project in the past, e.g. the Strandburg building at Fehmarns Südstrand beach.
